We recently replaced a first generation tankless hot water heater with a modern instant water heater and added a proper bulkhead for water delivery.

This client saw a picture on the internet and hired us to recreate that same look for their kitchen. The kitchen Remodel had a walled section that separated it from the dining room and the family room.

We were happy to make the necessary accommodations in order to help our customers by implementing an emergency roof repair.
We look forward to the prospect of finishing the job by installing a new roof, come spring!

Exterior makeover to give this house a fresh look with the paint color of our customer’s choice.

We added a front entryway/mud room with a closet and window to this Palmer home. The stairway entrance was congested in this home so we transformed it into a user-friendly space. In doing so, we took the curb appeal of this home from a flat utilitarian appearance and added a splash from the south with the front porch and deck design.

Our exterior painting crew used an oil base paint to carefully brush, roll and spray the paint for this elaborate project. They did a terrific job and their “office view” isn’t bad either!
