We work closely with the Euthus house to give formerly incarcerated men, who have paid their debt to society, the ability to WORK again in a faith-based environment. These are specifically those men who have been transformed by the grace of Christ and meet multiple standards exhibiting positive change. In contrast with other construction companies, we have an intimate understanding of our employee’s backgrounds, and they are continually under the wing of a mentor and undergo ongoing programming.

Every Wednesday, our crews meet over breakfast to pray, fellowship, encourage and challenge each other professionally as well as with our walks with God. Topics range from practical knowledge about preparing for jobs, to timeless biblical wisdom. In a recent meeting, Scott shared about the three key principles that we all need to act out on a daily basis and keep central in everything we do… “1. Humble yourself 2. Think of others as more important than yourself, and 3., Love your brother.”
